I rather loose all our fans and play to 5 kids a night then be stuck in some nostalgia band playing music I don’t care abut. I don’t believe in writing music for other people, that be fans or labels, I/we write what we want to play and what we enjoy playing and if kids don’t like it, they don’t have to listen to it. I get that kids like that cd that’s cool, I’m glad but people change and grow up and we have no interest in going back into that sound. We wrote our fist cd over 6 years ago, I’m 25 now, I have no interest in sounding like an animal or writting about horror music stuff because I have absolutely no interest in it anymore, I don’t listen to any of that type of music anymore nor wish to reproduce it. are pretty funny, they dont bother me, we tune low, they tune low and me and their singer both wear caps so obviously that warrents a comparison amongst people who are too dumb to actually listen to music, but what’s really pissing me off lately is kids messaging us things like your new stuff sucks, go back to your first CDs sound, do your old vocal style again, do piq squeals again, do Gorey lyrics ect ect) I’ve never been one to hold my tongue or mince my words, I’ve always prided myself on speaking my mind even if it does wrong or harms the band because I believe you should always speak your mind and not bullshit people so here it goes.Įveryone has their opinions, in music even more so, everyone argues about what genre a band is, which cd is better, everything really.
